i found some gluten free low carb muffins...are these okay?
the ingredients are:
navy beans, egg substitute, water, baking soda, spenda
3g carbs
2g dietary fiber
0g sugar
anyone else ever try them?
Starting Weight: 190 (2005)
Goal Weight: 140 (met goal summer 06)
Current Weight: refuse to get on the scale but all my clothes don't fit
New Goal Weight: 135
