What do you guys think my averages look pretty good. My BMR is 1800 and to remain at my current weight w/o gaining I would have to take in 2200.
Is 1500 too little, I am just not really that hungry. I'll eat when I'm hungry, some days I even get 2000 calories, but for the last week and a half I've been pretty close to 1500.
