Loss of appetite is part of ketosis! It's normal - consider it a blessing! Just make sure you eat SOMETHING every few hours and try to get some veggies in too!

      Gunner,

A loss of appetite is normal, but you still need to eat every few hours so you won't be tempted to cheat. Do you normally have a large appetite?

All the veggies listed are great. Make sure to eat 2 cups from the first list and 1 cup from the second list. Try to eat a big variety so that you stay interested in your meals. The loss of appetite is normal. Eat something small every few hours.
