It sure is and wonderfullest is a great word for it. I lost 11 kgs (25 lbs) on the 14 days of Induction and that great surge of absolute elation I felt keeps me going. I've now lost 20kgs in 10 weeks (thats about 44lbs) and I feel unstoppable.
