  • Atkins Induction: Celestial Seasonings Roastaroma Tea? Is it Ok or No?

    Hi Guys,

    I'm 4 days into induction...

I don't really like the taste of plain water only...I like to add a tea bag to it....
but I read that no grain beverages are allowed?

But, on the side of the tea it says...0 carbs...0 sugars

But, it is made of roasted chickory, malted roasted barley, allspice, anise, cinnamon. Is this tea bad for induction/
Also, are there any kinds of gum to chew acceptable on induction?

Thanks everyone...I hope I too can be a success story! I had great willpower today when I just let that fresh blueberry muffin my son wanted and then didn't want...go to waste

    Thanks again!

barley is not allowed on induction. Have you tried their herbal peppermint tea? It's non-caffeinated induction goodness. Just count each cup of tea as .5 carbs to be on the safe side.
