Okay, yeah! In Texas, for that we say "Knock the horns off and wave a match under it!"

I like mine somewhere between med and med well, a little pink in the middle but I want the fat to have little crunchies on it!

I also have a question about viewing the poll results. Before I vote I'm able to see who voted for what, but after I vote I don't have that option...am I missing something?
