Today, my DH and daughter decided to go out to lunch (my son is too cool to eat with us in public LOL) and we went to Big Boys. I had the Turkey Chibiatta, of course I didn't eat the bread. It came all toasty and yummy looking, but I didn't even try a nibble. I was a little nervous at first about eating out, but I wasn't even tempted at all!!!! Oh, what I did eat was three tomato slices, a large leaf of lettuce, about 4 turkey slices, a slice of swiss cheese, and a single onion ring (fresh not coated and deep fried) with a tablespoon of mayo on top. It was YUMMY!!!!!! I came right home and put it in my foodday, and I am doing great!!!
Also, we went to the grocery store after eating, and they have one of those blood pressure/scale things there, and acording to that scale I weigh 161!!! I know that can't be right, I sure didn't lose 13 pounds overnight, but it was nice to see!!!!
