    F/60 yrs/5ft 5.5" (Though due to collapsing vertebrae I am now only 5'3" - but I refuse to recalculate my BMI )

      That was an excellent article.

      I still look back and laugh when I think back to when I used to buy big bags of twizzlers red licorice and snack on it, because it was 'fat free' LOL.

          Thanks Robbie. I wish more doctors read this. I always gained weight on low-fat diets. And then my doctor would poke me and tell me I wasn't trying hard enough. That did wonders for my self-esteem, I can tell you.
