Hey guys... Ok I'm sure I could find the answer to this question if I wasn't so lazy (searching is time consuming ya know!
) But...
I have a really busy week ahead of me so I bought some of those low carb power bars for quick meals/ snacks (I know they're frowned upon. I've never tried them before but they seem so easy). I've read that these bars and low carb candy give you the runs... I don't want the runs. The runs are nasty...
so will just one bar do this or do I have to eat the whole box in one sitting to get my friends knockin'?

(no problems w/ my "friends") but I have also gained 5 lbs... not sure if this is a fluke or if it has anything to w/ the bars at all, but What the h***?!? I've also slacked on exercise this week, so maybe thats why I've gained??? 




still have a few more pounds to go!!
