Of course you can! The simple answer is that I don't like the options I have for bringing my lunch. Hardboiled eggs, precooked meats that taste nasty after microwave re-heating, salad that gets soggy by the time it's opened and mixed and eaten. I did used to cook up and bring a nice pasta/tofu lunch that tasted swell after reheated but, alas, no more pasta for me. I like being able to eat things that are freshly prepared, still 'naturally' warm and that comply 100% with the diet. Reproducing that without the aid of a fully functional kitchen is impossible at work.
