Are you losing inches. Dr. Atkins said the loss of inches represented fat emptying from your cells.
Are you exercising?
It's very possible to be in ketosis and not lose weight---especially if you are overeating your Atkins. It takes very little added fat to make your meals "high fat", about 1 to 2 tablespoons only. A common mistake is that people eat far much more fat that is necessary. While it's true that you can eat alittle more on Atkins and lose weight, that metabolic advantage stops working if you are overeating.~Megs~

dont get discouraged... you must be losing in inches . same happened with me .. i have lost just 4 pounds till date . i am in my second week of induction but i am losing in inches ... so take yr measurements and i am sure you will be surprised... dont give up yet !!!!My weight - 136
After 1st week -134
After 1st week and 2 days - 132.
After 3 weeks - 130
MY GOAL WEIGHT - 120
27/F/5'1.

Hang in there. I suggest you review DANDR. Make sure you drink and drink and drink water some more, get some exercise and just hang in there. It will work sooner or later.41 yo male, 155lb, 5-6
