Weigh to Go, on to the extra veggies!!

Congrats on the 6 pounds; good bye good riddance; welcome to learn more about your body school. You're smart to realise staying in induction before led to your being unprepared for after-induction eating in a world full of sugar laden BBQs. Well done!

Thank you Boonie! I firmly believe moving on to OWL will be key to any long term success I have. And the reason I believe this is because I have experienced a nearly year long induction (about 5 years ago) and as good as it feels now, 12 months of Induction can have you going crazy for just a little freedom in my daily eating. But since I never moved on to OWL, I didn't know my CCLL or even how to correctly incorporate other foods into my WOE without spinning out of control. So I went off the WOE spun out of control. I spent the past 4 years in such deep denial that I was drowning! (drowning in de - Nile, get it? )

Corny jokes aside, I finally just got back on track, and I mean to do it right this time.

Comngratulations FBB on not only a successful induction but for deciding to start making Atkins your WOE by climbing the OWL ladder.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
