I am just starting the Low Carb diet.. I have tried it before with success however I did have one problem. I have a decent size of muscle mass and lift/exercise 4 times per week. When I tried this in the past I lost a good deal of fat, got leaner, however I lost muscle at a good rate as well. Is there any way to combat this?? I want to lose weight but do not want to lose too much muscle tissue!! PLEASE HELP!!
