    I always worry that there's something carbo-craving-kick-off coming through in those flavoured drinks. it's like hazelnut decaf. it tastes too sweet.

      I wonder how much caffeine has to be in a product in order for it to begin potentially spiking insulin. I know that tea doesn't have as much caffeine as coffee, but it still does have some. Normally, I'd just figure out my own balance by experimenting with different types, but since I tend to react weirdly to caffeine I'm just not going to bother. It would be nice to kind of know a general number, as I have a literal stockpile of tea that's just sitting in my beverage cabinet (...yes...I have a cabinet just for my teas...people think I'm crazy but they're never thirsty!) as I've just been consuming and purchasing caffeine-free (well, as caffeine-free as the decaf. process will allow) teas.
      27-year-old, Female, 5'2".
      Start weight: 128 lbs. (July 20th), 32-31% bodyfat.
      Current weight: bouncing between...no idea of how many pounds, 16.67% bodyfat (as of 11/2.
