    Why is it I eat eggs I'm hungry faster then when I eat hotdogs?

    Curious - with me it's definitely the other way around!

    Why not try 1 egg, 1 hotdog, & sme veggie all at the same time, with some water and see what happens.

    Today I've had 1 egg 3oz cheese & cooked-down spicy equivalent of 2C veggies nibbled throughout the day & am STUFFED at almost 5pm...

      good idea boonie... I just had a hotdog I felt starved... and haven't felt starved for a little while from the start of atkins. I wonder if I so happen to burn eggs as energy faster? I don't know just a guess.

      I did add some veggies to the eggs today mmm different

        actually eggs are very close to perfect Atkins ration but the fat is slightly low and the protein is slightly high so it could be the lower fat espaically compared to the hotdog which is almost all fat. Hotdogs have many fillers which could be triggering you.
