  • Long Time.. no talk!~

    Hi Everybody.. I haven't been on here much lately.. just wanted to say Hi and I miss everyone! I'm going to start posting at least a few times a day, commenting others, or posting my own. I haven't been slacking with low-carb.. did move outta induction though. I'm kind of on a plateau though for a few weeks and so I'm going to go back on induction and kick it again. I am not doing tae bo everyday like I was before either.. so I'm going to start adding in some of my short tapes along with my curves. But other than that, I haven't gained any of the weight back.. still at 184-185.. nothing gained, nothing lost.. and it's about time I get back on the wagon!! So.. just sayin' hi and touchin' base w/ all ya! Hope ur doing well.. keep up the awesome work.. u guys rock!

    I was thinking about you the other day (about your face and pictures) and couldn't remember your handle. I missed seeing you around here.

    I'm so glad you posted!!

    I like seeing your pic of you and your honey! Yawl are so cute together and look so much in love!

    You can also see more changes in your newest pictures and it seems this way of eating agrees with you because it looks like you're just melting away!

    Keep up the good work!!

            Hi, Sara. Nice to see you. I had seen your posts elsewhere, and been so impressed with your "bare tummy bravery" that it inspired me to take my own similar pictures. I'll post them once I have a little more progress to show.

              Hey .. how do you like curves? One saying I've heard from someone there that I'll never forget.. "It works if YOU work it". I love it there. My weigh/measure day is on the 28th.. can't wait to see your progress! I've earned my 2nd foot, it's incredibley amazing.

              I really am quite curious where I got the bravery to show my tummy pics.. BUT, that's where I need to lose.. I'm not happy with my sides/hips/tummy.. and I figured, I'm on an atkins site, I've made much progress so why not show ppl. And plus, it does give ppl hope that their body can form . Look at mine, huge change. Tae bo is such an awesome workout.. it's amazing. Anyways.. thank you so much and I'm SO glad it has inspired you. Honestly, if I hadn't taken pics throughout this, I wouldn't of even realized how far I've came because I DON'T EVEN REMEMBER looking like that, honestly.. so pics is such a great way to see a difference.. makes you feel great!

                I LOVE Curves. The workout is harder than I thought is was going to be. Everyday at the end before stretching, I do 50 or more crunches on the stability ball. I go 4 days a week. I think I am going to weigh Saturday instead of Thursday. I workout in the afternoons and want to get the most accurate results by weighing in the morning. I will update you on what my results are. Congrats on your 2 foot! I want a foot.
