    I agree about skinny guys! But better than being a little overweight, how about a guy that's just fit... not too skinny, not too fat... Just a little muscle and a nice a** ... ummhumm... that's all I need...

    Officially Re-Focusing on 12-28-09.

    Was, Am, Will be: 280/222/175ish.
    Started Dec 2005 and lost 105 lbs by mid 2006, maintained loss for the most part until 2009...then really let go & gained some back... lol

    so:
    Restart Progress:
    12/28/09 ~ 235.1
    01/04/10 ~ 229.0
    01/11/10 ~ 229.0 Grrrrr....
    (Induction= only 6lbs but lost 10 inches! yay)
    01/18/10 ~ 227.4
    01/5/10 ~ 226.8
    02/01/10 ~ 222.6

          Ah, update on the BMI...I'm 5'1", not 5'0"...so the BMI sounds right now.

          125-130 pounds is "normal" weight, that sounds more reasonable.

                        I'm not disputing that, just saying that that is indeed a normal weight for your height. The BMI charts IMO aren't good for specifying frame weights along with BMIs. :P

                          Well, another thing is that I found out recently I'm 5'1", not 5'0"...so it was another reason I thought I'd be a bit skinny at that weight.
