I am totally anti cheats, controlled or otherwise.
For sososososososososo many people it just invites a binge.
And, you know, New Year's Eve is only a week away. It's supah dupah easy to say, "Well, I'll just eat junk food until the 31st and then REALLY get back on plan!"
It just snowballs. I seriously will sit on anyone who thinks they're being clever by sneaking something off-plan during the holidays. I mean, honestly. I'll bounce up and down on your bladder, too. Just. Like. This.

There was no control whatsoever over my eating. This continued until nearly the end of Feb. 2006, when upon seeing my picture (see "Before" below), I headed here.
...Was in HEAVEN -got to 150, for awhile, then got too busy, and gave in too much... and... OK holding pattern "keep it together..."
