      I was hoping to find recipes here!

      but here you go have one of mine!


      1/3 cup pumpkin
      3 tbl heavy cream (you can use more )
      1 raw egg unless you are squeemish and want to leave it out...but if you are I am sorry it makes this really good!!!
      2 splenda or whatever sweetener you use
      pinch of any or all cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, ginger
      dash of vanilla extract
      1 cup ice cubes and enough water (like a cup) to make it smooth
      toss it all in the blender whirl away until smooth and creamy ...this my dear will hold you until noon ..save you some money ...and give you far better nutrition than anything in a can.. ..hope this helps!!

        OMG Heidi that sounds SO good, I am going to make one right now! And hey, I'm like Rocky Balboa, I'm ALL about the raw egg.

          cool here is another one

          toss a raw zucchini in the blender then puree it well and add the same stuff as the pumpkin shake ...it is like a zucchini bread shake ....


          or even better nix the spices and put part of a nice ripe avocado in ...avocado shakes are really good ....

          these take moments to make and once you get on a roll with doing this you can have your glass by the blender and your ingredients ready to go ...

          seconds to have your own healthy shake
