I am going to try to remember not to eat meat today!!! I ALWAYS forget.
I'll be eating eggs and fish today. Is tofu alright too?

Tofu is fine, as it's considered a "soy cheese". Just make sure to note the carb counts per serving, as each brand is different.

As far as I know, it's only red meat that has to be avoided on Fridays and Holy days...so I would think tofu would be okay.
