    I just went to the fit day and did my menu for the day and I couldnt even add 20 carbs, so i guess that gives me a little room to play with.
    I dont really see a problem on this type of eating at all.
    I love veggies, the only thing is i have limit to them and i usually eat the kinds on the list.
    I will have to eat a little more meat and eggs then im use to, but thats ok.
    I dont eat many sugar items and if its not there I dont crave it..
    The only problem I see is the weekends, I normally do not cook the big meal of the day on the weekends, we kind of all do our own things, kids are off at friends houses, dates etc, so that will be a little different.
    our biggest problem is going without a few essential things.. Mayonnaise for one.
    I did find carb free no sugar ketchup, so that should be ok.

    I havent gave up my diet soda, ive cut back and added more water but we are going to try some of the diet with spelnda and see if we can switch to it.
    Im sure after a few days we can switch to it without a problem.

    Thanks for listening to me and Im sure you'll see me a lot...
    I haven't got my book yet, its coming in the mail, so i have quite a few questions at times.
