Hey guys!
I literally forget if this is my 2nd week or 3rd week on atkins HOWEVER...I have just stuck with it and have been walking and walking and dance starts next week so I'll start toning more too.
Now I have NOT weighed myself...but....Usually a size 6 is snug on me and it makes me mad....but my clothes have gotten bigger on me which shows progress..
So I decide to go to the GAP on my lunch break and try on a pair of lowrise jeans...I picked up a size 4 thinking that they would be tight but atleast I'd be able to get them on (I thought)....and no.
THEY WERE FREAKING BAGGY ON ME!!!!!!!!!! SO BAGGY IN FACT THAT I WENT TO GRAB A SIZE TWO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
However...I didn't get that far b/c I was going to be late for work and I didn't want to wait in the long line again - but this is going to be my new motivation. Stay on the diet and EVERY WEEK go to the GAP and try on a size two. If I can actually pull them up over my hips i'll be surprised so if they are super tight....then that's good b/c I can see the progression when they fit better and better each week...
right?!
AHH!! SO EXCITING! HURAYY!!!
