    Guess what I get with ketosis? Yep awful insmnia. Any suggestions?

    Get up earlier in the morning than normal (shouldnt be difficult with insomnia) and get your exercise for the day in very early.

    It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!




    I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

      I'll give it a go. I'm usually up at 5:40 am anyways. The problem is going to sleep. ugh~

        Sorry... no suggestions from another insomniac ... but I'll be very interested in any good tips!
