  • 17 pounds lost....

in my first 31 days plus 1150 pushups that, if i hadn't come here, i may not have done that many for the rest of my life!!

and i was far from perfect. i had a bachelor party......you can read all about that one buried in these posts somewhere. i was bad. and then there was the wedding..i don't think i mentioned that really, but again i was bad. then thanksgiving......i even had a peice of pecan pie!! i was bad.

but i kept my focus and got through with a little help from everyone here. i thank you all!! looking forward to a great december and i will be involved in the pushup challenge again and the squat challenge (will be starting on dec 4th).

today i purchased dr atkins new diet revolution 2002 edition and the biggest loser fitness program (something like that). so all that is moving in the right direction, too.

and even further, i have added a dozen or so really great people to my friends list on my myspace page.....

    i just love ADBB!!

i have had quite a few diversions....over the past month. and realistically....the road ahead will not be perfect.....getting through december and all those work related and other holiday get-togethers with friends and family.....its gonna be tough. but my feet are firmly planted and i have focus even when i drift of course. so getting back on track is not so difficult for me. and all the exercise...well, i just get it done!!!
