    For fun, and defiantly would be useful, I thought I'd start a thread on just your carb count for today. List your carb counting foods ONLY and the totals for each carb food. Good for motivation too.

    I'll start:


    2 oz of Chedder - 2 carbs
    3 Splenda - 3 carbs
    3 Cream - 3 carbs
    Spinach Lasangua Slice ( 1/2) 2 carbs
    2 cups of veggies - 6.8

    16.8 GRAMS OF CARBS TODAY
    Start Weight: 146.6lbs
    Goal Weight: 120.lbs
    1st mini goal: 140 lbs
    2nd mini goal: 135 lbs
    3rd mini goal: 130 lbs
    4th mini goal: 125 lbs
    5th mini goal: 120 lbs

    Atkins Start Date: Sunday November 16th/2008
