    i just went online to our county library and ordered the book.....seems like there are several copies available so hopefully i will be able to get my hands on it quickly.

    i remember MY DOCTOR telling me....

    "fat is your friend...sugar is your enemy"...that is why i have been going to him for 15 years!!!
