Very occasionally, my daily routine will be a bit different from normal.
For instance, today, I had a late breakfast/ early lunch at 11am, then snacked about 3ish, followed by dinner at 5pm. I then went to a karate class so I got home about 9.30pm. I'm so hungry so does anyone have any suggestions on what I might have, if it is safe to eat so late?
Is it safer to have high fat snacks or veg or protein.
