I noticed I had no issues with straight dairy like milk, cream, ice cream, etc. The first time I did Atkins successfully, I obviously strayed (hence here I am again). However, ever since then, eating the heavier dairies like cream/ice cream/milk upsets my system and I head straight to the potty.

Yeah, I even have been getting a funny, milk-film taste/sensation in my mouth now when I eat mozzarella. I didn't give up on the cream. It is getting easier to take...but that first time I took it? Wow. I haven't had any dairy other than cheese for a very long time.

I cut out dairy for a short time, and when I reintroduced it, I noticed that mozzarella cheese gave me bad bloating and gas, whereas cheddar didn't do anything. Recently, yogurt has caused me some intestinal problems, though I'm not sure if it's because it was goat's milk yogurt (which I've never had before) or because it was fresh dairy. Though, goat's milk yogurt has less sugar in it than cow's milk yogurt...

As for your original question, I haven't had any cream in ages, sorry! I miss it.

Yeah, I don't notice anything with the cheddar either. Just the creamier, softer stuff. I don't like yogurt so I don't know if it bothers me or not.
