Wow Wow!!! I have been on this for 3 weeks and 1 day, and I am FINALLY in the 140's this is great. I am 149.8 as of today. I always seem to go up and down up and down. I was just 144 last summer, but gained and went to 157 throughout the year and over the holidays. But here I am again, and I am finally going back down and this time for good. So my 1st goal is 140 and I want to weigh that by the end of April for my college graduation on May 1st. I actually weighed 140 at my husband graduation 2 years ago, so I thought that was a good goal. But if I happen to be lighter that would be great also. What do you think you think that I can do it.
Oh and another thing, I have been stopped up TMI constipated since last tuesday after I went to cicis pizza. OOPS. Well, the only time that I have gone is when I have used dulcolax, so I have gone, but only with that. I hope that my body regulates soon, I cant use laxatives to keep on going forever. So I am semi stopped up and still weighed in at 149.8
