Hello everyone,
I am back its been a rough month and through it all I have fallen off the wagon so to speak but I have jumped right back on. Its been a struggle but I am determined that this weight will not creep back on this body. My health depends on it. I have done really well for a year and I dont want to mess it up.
The reason for not being around is due to a number of things. My grandmother passed here at home and during that time we were tending to her and all that entails. We are continueing to replace every window in this house. What a project that has been I feel like we are raceing with the clock with winter fast approaching. I have family that just moved in with me from Florida a few weeks ago and in a few weeks my inlaws are coming for a visit..... .
I do have a question for you all, I was a bit hessitant to ask but here it gos. What are your thoughts on having surgery done to remove the excess skin that is left over from lossing so much weight? My stomach is HORRIBLE I finally asked the doctor about it and turns out my insurance will cover it due to it being so excessive. So I am thinking about having it done.
