  • In winter months, what do you make to feel "warm"?

    I have been gathering all these snack/recipe ideas that are great, but are there some good recipes for those cold, winter months?
    Like some great Induction-friendly soups, slow cooker recipes, etc?

      Def veggie soup and curries you can curry and soup almost anything so it's easy to fit into the atkins way of life

        I love to slow cook pork and veggies just slow cook ( crock pot ) until the pork is falling apart.

              Anyone got good, warm, slow cooker recipes that are induction friendly?

                I like Jim's answer! And it can be great exercise. Better than the treadmill!

                Seriously, I need to find a Atkin friendly cocoa. Our family does a cocoa and coloring day and then write letters to Santa. I don't want to feel left out.

                  You can use almond milk (1 net carb per 8 oz, there is a brand called almond breeze) and mix in cocoa powder and splenda to make cocoa. I havent tried it because i think you have to be on the nuts/seeds rung but it sounds like it would be good.
