I'm very annoyed that the scale has actually gone up the last two days, up a total of four pounds. I have not changed anything. I'm eating about 1500 calories a day, 70% fat, around 30% protein, 20 carbs or less a day, no caffeine, no alcohol, blah, blah, blah... FitDay says that I supposedly need about 3,000 calories but that's not in line with my spectacular metabolism, I guess.
I don't expect an explanation, just some words of encouragement.
