    I messed up already :-(

    grrrr

    I didn't do so well today :-( I guess i didn't mess up TOOO bad but we had a big family & friends get together today .. I had like 4 low carb beers and 2 captain & diets ..

    I didn't eat anything bad so it wasn't a total disaster but drinking alc. is not in my plan right now ..

    i hope it didn't mess up my ketosis???????

    I'm off to bed ... Tomorrow i WILL do better!!!!!!!!!!!

    At least you managed not to eat offplan as well, Sarah

    Remember that ketosticks if you use them to judge being in ketosis will register the residue from burning alcohol as being the same as ketones so don't bother with them for a day or so.

    I have seen a few people assuming they were still in ketosis after imbibing and thus sabotaging their weightloss by continuing to drink then wondering why their losses stopped

      Hi, Sarah! Just move right on and resume your low-carb eating - and drinking! - as if this never occurred, and make it a learning experience. The best way to learn is experience, in my opinion. On Atkins, it can be the best deterrant.
