Some of you might want to check with your health insurer's websites, to see if they are offering any health incentives. Mine (blue cross blue shield) is now offering a points system for tracking food and exercise, etc. The points max out at a certain number, but if you get the max, the top prizes are worth $200, gift cards, MP3 players, fitness gadgets like heart monitors, all sorts of stuff.
It is pretty user friendly, the site has its own version of 'fitday' where you track your food and it gives you your calories, percents, nutrients, etc.
It was cool because their page on 'low carb diets' was actually fairly positive.
I just thought I would give the heads up, because I think 'wellness' issues are becoming more popular with the insurers and more of them will be incorporating this sort of thing. Oh, they also give a number of fitness centers (Curves is one) and such that they give discounts on, up to 25 percent. Worth checking into.
