That's easy. Let me go on my blog to see exactly how this should be done...

Okay, here it is! If you go to Dashboard, on the left side of the screen, there are a lot of links... Dashboard, Blog Stats, Blog Surfer, etc. If you go down even more, there is one that says Appearance. Click on it... You will see many blog designs. Click on the one you like and you will see a preview of your blog in the new design. If you like it, click Activate "design name" (e.g. Activate "Blix") on the right (top-right in fact). If you don't like it, click on the "x" on the left.
