I really felt cold, tired and sluggish this morning. I just didn't FEEL like exercising today.
I felt so badly that I lay down for about 30 minutes.
Then I got up, bundled up, and went out for my walk. I pushed a little harder today and really got the circulation going.
I feel absolutely fantastic now. I mean, really GREAT!!!!!!!!!!
For the other newbies who haven't started an exercise program, please DO force yourself to get started. Not only is it necessary physically, it sure does give you a psychological kick-start!!!
