    Personally, it would'nt bother me. But it happened to you, and it bothers you, so that stinks. Sorry to hear about this.

      As sunny mentioned, 'watermarks' are the best way to avoid this with your pictures. I believe most picture editing s/w will do this now.

      an example of a watermark (you can put anything you want as the text)

      it's not a guarantee as an experienced graphic designer could probably somehow 'paint' it out..however it would take a bit of work and most likelythe types of people doing this wouldn't be bothered.

          Mitzie was just talking the other day that her pictures were going around the internet again -- I personally think it's disgusting when they steal pictures in the effort of selling their fly by night diet plans.

          Watermarking isn't a sure fire way to keep them from taking your pictures, anyone with a fair amount of PSP knowledge can make them hard to notice. If someone wants a picture (any picture) off the internet it's very easy to get them.

            So sorry this happened to you. You are such a hard working atkineer.
            Boy those people are aggressive advertisers. (And yes when I look at that picture the person is from the same place as me). Scammers - that is what they are.

                        This chick is saying that she is from Mt. Enterprise. That is SOOOO funny because this is were I LIVE. What a small world. It's even funnier that she is not in our phone book. No body knows who she is (asking around), and all the time that i have been working, I have never seen her. I hate that they have stolen you pic Toga Girl. I sent the same message to that website, and I bet it doesn't get posted.

                          It automatically says that it is where you live (no matter where that is) so that you feel more comfortable with the concept.

                          I saw the ad again yesterday, and I just smiled and thought, I know that girl! and she looks a lot better than that!

                              This time it said she was from Roanoke-Lynchburg. These two cities are about an hour apart. One is about 2 1/2 hours from me and the other 1 1/2 hours from me.
