Hello all, I am new around here and this is my first post.
I am currently having just under 20g of carbs a day and have been doing this for the past 3 weeks...... and have only lost a pound
I have not had that weight loss 'woosh' and feel bloated all the time. My fiance is also following the diet and has lost about 7lb and we are eating practically the same things. I really don't know what to do next as I am getting sooooo frustrated! I'm not at the point where I feel I need to eat carbs as I am not even craving them, I am perfectly happy with the food I am allowed, just that nothing seems to shift........... getting very sad as I am trying soooo hard with no results and I am desperatey trying to loose weight for my wedding ..... I do not want to be a pudgy bride!!!!!!
