Ok, so I've been wondering for a while and haven't ever come across this question asked on the boards...
How do you decide when it's time to move up through the rungs?
For me - I'm on rung 5 now and basically I let my weight decide when I'd move up rungs.
196 - started induction
(-5 pounds) 191 - started rung 1
(-5 pounds) 186 - started rung 2
(-5 pounds) 181 - started rung 3
(-5 pounds) 176 - started rung 4
(-3 pounds) 173 - started rung 5 (shoulda waited, but couldn't for my mich ultra's haha)
(-3 pounds) 170 - currently still at rung 5 - will move on to rung 6 at 168.
so really for the most part, every 5 pounds for me I started moving up the rungs to the next one...I figure at 168 = rung 6. 165 = rung 7. 162 = rung 8
and once i hit goal at 160 I'll try rung 9 and see how that works out for me...
But anyways - I'm really curious how you all decide to move up a rung.

...someday I'll master the rungs and get to maintenance, someday....*clicks heels*...there's no place like maintenance, there's no place like maintenance...
