    Instead of eating a Subway salad which costs $10, I found a local steak place that feeds you:

    - 8 oz sirlion
    - Broccoli
    - Caesar salad
    - Peanuts if you want them
    - Unlimited ice water

    For $10.30 I obviously immediately ditched the salad and go there every night instead. I know everybody at the bar now, and I'm STUFFED when I leave. Screw Subway.

    It helps me because of the social interactions, and I'm kinda expected to be there every night now.
    What I do:
    Elliptical gym machine 1 hr Tue-Sun
    At 320, switch to cycling on my Trek 500
    2 filtered containers water/day
    Daily salads/veggies


    Goals:

    Stop needing High Blood Pressure meds - DONE!
    Workout in a XXXL shirt
    - DONE!
    Workout in a XXL shirt
    Workout in a XL shirt
    270 on the scales
