    Good Morning to all my "Atkins" Mini Goal Friends!!!

    Iam Sorry for Not Being Able to Post this Tread Yesterday (only day 2) as Due to a bad Thunder Storm here in Northern Maryland my Electric was out for over 24 hours!!!

    I have had "GREAT" Success on another "Atkins" Forum with this Thread so I thought that I would give
    it a try here on !!!

    I know that it really helps me to stick to my Daily Mini Goals when I have put them out there for others to see!!!

    Thanks to all that have joined in so far & Welcome to any one that is new today!!!

    I will continue to post it each morning as long as there is an interest in doing so!!!

    My Mini Goal for today is to Drink all of my 80oz of water & to roll around on my Stability Exercise Ball for 10mins!!!

    Today is Tuesday so that also means that my 4y/o Grandgirl will be here all day for a Play~Date with my 6y/o Neighbor Girl & them my Son will join us for Family Dinner night!!!

    There will be no rest for the Gramy Cindi today, so the rest of my Mini Goal for today will be just to Survive Today!!! LOL

    Thank Goodness we have a Swimming Pool & it's going to be in the 90's so that's where they will be spening most of their time!!!

    Have a GREAT DAY Everyone whatever your plans may be!!!

      Thanks Cindi for the thread.
      Sounds like little Kayla will be having a good day. It is hot here too.

      My last mini goal was veggies. I did OK. But could have been better.

      Today it is strength exercises. I have been putting those off a lot lately. But today I WILL do them. (I hope)
      Startdate: November 18, 2007. Female 5'2"

      May Challenges 2010
      Push-ups: 450/800
      Abs: 850/1900
      Squats: 650/1200
      Lunges: 500/1000
      Strength: 490/1200
      Running: 50/100 km


      2 Years on Atkins.................. President Challenge Medals earned
