    Good Morning to all my Mini Goal Friends!!!

    I know that it really helps me to stick to my Daily Mini Goals when I have put them out there for others to see!!!

    Thanks to all that have joined in so far & Welcome to any one that is new today!!!

    I will continue to post it each morning as long as there is an interest in doing so!!!

    My Mini Goal for today will be to once again roll around on my Big Purple Stability Exercise Ball for 10 mins!!!

    Then to make sure to Drink all 80oz of Water & Stay away from the 1/2cup of Carb Smart Icecream that I have eaten the 2 previous nights.!!!!

      Stablility ball for 10 minutes. Way to go. That things scare me. I have been trying to make friend with it. I need to work on my core and I am kind of weak in that area. But for today I need to get off my bum put on my runners and do my 6 K.
      Startdate: November 18, 2007. Female 5'2"

      May Challenges 2010
      Push-ups: 450/800
      Abs: 850/1900
      Squats: 650/1200
      Lunges: 500/1000
      Strength: 490/1200
      Running: 50/100 km


      2 Years on Atkins.................. President Challenge Medals earned
