help plz , need help about IVF or ICSI trials & weight gain :(

hi everyone
i was wondering if anyone on atkins had an IVF or ICSI trial.....i'm supposed 2 start one in 2 months or so & i'm trying 2 lose as much weight as i can ..but i'm afraid all the hormone injections would make me gain weight...........i really need anyone's advice about this issue, i'm really scared
