Hi, all...
I don't post much, and am at the last stretch of my two-week induction.
Anyway, I found the best weight loss app for the iPhone, and had to share. It's sooo cool! It's called "Weightbot" and it's beautiful. The interface is fantastic, and it's simple. It's a weight tracker that also tracks your BMI. But the cool part is the instant graphs. If you turn your phone sideways, you'll see a graph tracking your weight loss so far (double tap the screen, and you'll get various options of that graph). Then turn it the other way on its side (180 degrees) and you'll see a graph showing your progress to goal.
Here's the link to see what it looks like:
Weightbot - Tapbots
I'm one of those people that HAS to weigh myself every day for motivation. I've tried the notebook thing and the computer thing, but since I'm an avid iPhone lover, this was exactly what I needed. Now every morning I'm excited to weigh myself and input my results into the Weightbot. (It's also password protected, to keep from prying eyes.)
It's not free -- I think it's $.99 but it's worth every penny. Check it out!!
It is SOOO cool!
