    Good Morning to all my Mini Goal Friends!!!

    I know that it really helps me to stick to my Daily Mini Goals when I have put them out there for others to see!!!

    Thanks to all that have joined in so far & Welcome to any one that is new today!!!

    I will continue to post it each morning as long as there is an interest in doing so!!!

    Hello & A Happy Blessed Sunday to all of my Mini Goal Friends !!!

    My Mini Goal's for today are again to drink all of my 100oz of Water & to start Exercising to Tone my Round Ball of a Tummy !!! :P

    Iam also off to go Design & Print Business Cards for my Tattoo Artist Friend, another side job of mine !!!

      Good morning Cindi,
      My mini goal for today is to get 120 oz of water in. Exercise on my gazelle and do an act of kindness for a stranger.

        drink more water, get the veggies in early (almost all at lunch, so that dinner is just a bonus), and get outside into this beautiful fall weather and MOVE!

          Today's goal is exercise. It's looking like I'll have to use the treadmill~~overcast & rainy thus far.

              Hi, I'm going to focus on a few mini goals:

              1. Add different veggies into my menus this week
              2. Get exercising. I haven't done anything in days: I'm going to start off with my push ups and squats for Oct Challenge and get on the eliptical machine or treadmill

                Mini goal for today, Sunday October 4th. STay on program at parents house for big family dinner. I brought my own meal but dinner is smelling delicious. No worries.

                  Update! Made it through dinner at the parents and managed to come home and make a casserole for family dinner tomorrow. Still on program.
