I noticed on the label of broc and califlower there are a few grams of sugar per cup, is this okay? How much sugar are you allowed?

Re: sugar in veggies
There should be no sugar in the list of ingredients. Sugars listed under 'Carbohydrates' are just that - carbs. Don't worry about them. Just take the total carbs - fibre to get net carbs.
Disclaimer: the net carb calc applies to the US and Canada - label laws elsewhere are different!

What's the list of ingredients??? If it's just "broccoli" or "cauliflower", then there's no added sugar.
I presume that "sugar" is the carbohydrate (sugar) in the vegetable.

Re: sugar in veggies
If it is the normal sugar that "grows" in the vegetable then you count the net carbs. Thats it. Be careful with any veggies with a sauce on them though.
