I eat a lot of fat as part of my diet. If your meat and fish are not fatty ones you can add oil, butter, mayo. I eat my veggies with fat usually a dressing or sauteed in some olive oil. I add a tad of coconut oil to my tea here and there. I use butters and oils for cooking.

Have you worked out how much fat you are eating with your current menus? Once you do that you can add other fats if needed.
Many of us use www.fitday.com to log our food intake which will work out the numbers for us. (There are several other similar websites too but I have always used fitday.)
The 'normal' sort of ratio of fat/protein/carbs on induction is about 65%/30%/5% - an analysis of the induction menus by dukes University worked those out btw, it is not in DANDR. But if you eat as instructed in the induction chapter your ratios will often amount to somehting around those numbers without adding anything extra in the way of fat.
There is a good thread about how much fat and how to add it somewhere on ADBB - I will look for the link and add it.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies? Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
