    why did you take the skin off the chicken do you just not like it? if so then you need to add a fat to your protein source cause atkins is high fat about 65% of your cals should be coming from your fats each time you eat with about 30% from your proteins for induction eating.
    I took off the skin mostly because I did not know what seasonings they used on it and if it contained any sugar. So to be safe, I removed the skin. I do take Fish Oil and Borage Oil supplements, so hopefully that helps.

      there isn't enough oil in a supplement to make up the caloric difference. Atkins is a high fat eating plan with moderate protein and low carbs. eating too low fat will cause blood sugar issues which will cause body generated glucose to be dumped into the blood stream more then we want since glucose evokes insulin and insulin stores fats.
