1. When Counting Carbs sometimes the label states completly different from what my carb counter does - is it better to work of the label or the books carb counter.
2. How do you deduct fibre from the carb count if the fibre is actually higher than the carbs?
3. If the label states - of which sugars = , does this mean i can have this product or does this mean its not allowed as it has sugar in it.
