  • Hiya friends i have some good news yeehaaa

    as of today i have managed to beat by goal weight i set back at start of november 2009....

    i started my journey weighing 252lbs and felt really bad,i set myself a goal weight of 190lbs,as of today i am 189lbs and feel great about myself.

    im speachless just now and cant think of what to write just over the moon,thanks to thoose for the advice and support over the last few months.

    im 28 6ft 2"

    weight loss so far 79 lbs yeehaa

    im now in the 50 club

    current weight 173 lbs

      Well done, DJ!!
      I notice you still have '14 day induction' as your Atkins phase though - is this just an oversight or do you still need to climb the OWL ladder and find your CCLL/CCLM?
      Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

            thanks folks,im going to the gym more than ever now trying to loose the extra skin.

              hi elizellen its just a over sight,id say im on owl2 probs keep to that for a few weeks then move onto 3 etc.

                If you are at the end of your weightloss journey you will need to use the 'blood sugar symptoms' to help you know if the added foods are affecting your body.

                          You need to turn to the end of chapter 12 where there is a long list of signs showing that your blood sugar has been affected by the foods you are eating.
